These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gold Eggs Emporium website and any purchase made through our online store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & accounts You confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

3) Products & availability We sell products through our Wix store, including items fulfilled via print-on-demand. Product images are for illustration; colors may vary by screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you with options.

4) Pricing, taxes, and currency Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an order if a correction affects your purchase.

5) Orders & payment Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order (for example, due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock/fulfillment issues). Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

6) Shipping & delivery (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia) We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Shipping costs vary depending on the items in your order and your delivery address, and will be shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production time (print-on-demand) and carrier delays. You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7) Print-on-demand fulfillment (Printify) Many items are made to order and fulfilled by Printify and its production partners. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

8) Returns, refunds, and exchanges (print-on-demand) Because many items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items (for example, wrong size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item). If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at goldeggsemporium@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund. In some cases, you may be asked to follow specific instructions from our fulfillment partner (Printify and/or its production providers), including whether an item must be returned and where it should be sent. Do not send items back unless we confirm the return address and instructions.

9) Promotions & discount codes Discount codes are subject to their stated terms (eligibility, expiration, and limits). We may modify or end promotions at any time.

10) Intellectual property All content on this site (including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images) is owned by Gold Eggs Emporium or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

11) Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

12) Third-party services and links Our site may include third-party services (including Wix, PayPal, Google services, and Printify) and links. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

13) Disclaimer of warranties The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14) Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Eggs Emporium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

15) Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Gold Eggs Emporium harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

16) Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
